23 days to go to the european championship soccer in Poland. We’re thinking of doing a limited run of a shirt for this occasion, but we really don’t want to make something that’s just going to be worn for a for weeks and then discarded. This is the concept for a shirt. Depending on the reactions we’ll decide whether or not to produce it.
Oh for the uninitiated, the lion stands for the Netherlands. That’s because the shape of the country kinda resembles a lion ^-^.

Our very first ONIGIRI special. Because it is made in our own workshop it went from first sketch to actual shirt in just 3 days. An extremely limited run of just 22 shirts. “Beating for it” designed by Xiao wei Li.

I came up with this design while wondering why the heart icon is so different from a real heart. The shape is almost completely different, so I wished to consolidate these two forms.

The original design was going to be in 3D (still going to do that, I’m positive that would look awesome), but the first 2D sketch worked so well it became a shirt instead.

In Plum with gold print for women and Red and burgundy for men. We also made a custom one with gold print on a dark blue shirt on request for a customer.

Now available in-store and on our webshop: http://www.onigiri.nl/webshop/catalogsearch/result/?q=beating

I was bored with the standard boxes we have for sending parcels from our webshop. So I’m adding graphics to every-one of them. Currently there are 20 different variants and more coming.

Solar photography. In one pack of sunography there are 6 sheets of fabric that are photosensitive. You can lay these in the sun with an object on top of it. After you rinse it with cold water it will have an image set in it. The prints can also be tinted yellow or sepia by rinsing with detergent.
Since it’s 100% cotton fabric you can even stitch it unto other items afterwards.

The webshop is almost done!
It’s been a long time coming, it was always going to be part of our offline+online concept. However, numerous setbacks took place sadly.
Either way, me and the minions are hard at work to make our online store as as cool as our offline store. We’ll be launching soon, so keep in touch!

I love the brown paper bags we used to use for groceries. The texture and feel is just so much better than plastic bags. That’s what the designers at Luckies thought too so they brought us the brown paper bag back. But this time in practically untearable and waterresistent Tyvek with a magnetic lock to keep it safely folded. It also has an isolating lining to keep your stuff cold or hot.
